FREE INITIAL INTERVIEW
For all family clients whether claiming Legal Aid or paying for themselves we offer an initial free 30 minute interview to discuss your case, explain your options and advise you appropriately.
MEETINGS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE
We understand that getting time off work is a problem for many of our clients. We offer appointments at a venue to suit you and at a time to suit you to include mid week evenings. At the moment this service is available for locations within three miles of our office and also in Sutton Coldfield and Great Barr.
FIXED FEES
For clients who have to fund their own case, our rates are competitive and we are able to fix fees in some cases so you know where you stand from the outset.
NOT JUST DIVORCES
Whilst the majority of our work involves dealing with couples who are getting divorced we also assist those who are cohabiting and those who are in a civil partnership.
AIMING TO BE AMICABLE
Going through a relationship breakdown can be very traumatic. Our aim at Jordans is to make dealing with the legal steps that need to be taken the least of your worries. We try to make things as amicable as possible and will not look to create problems where there aren’t any. Sadly some breakdowns are acrimonious but even here our aim is always to try and help the parties reach a resolution.
ALL YOUR NEEDS COVERED UNDER ONE ROOF
We can implement an agreed settlement where you and your partner have already come to an amicable solution. In conjunction with our property and Wills and Probate colleagues we offer all the necessary services to deal with your affairs and offer discounts on multiple transactions. Firms that only do family law are unable to offer this service which often means delay and additional costs to you.

We are still able to offer Legal Aid to some family clients.
